1. Product Availability

Designs may have slight variations based on screen brightness and real-world fabric. We try our best to provide closest possible match.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Orders may be cancelled by us due to unavailability, payment issues, or magical disturbances (aka logistical reasons - Rarest of Rare Occurrence).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We provide FREE shipping on all orders.
All orders are delivered in 5-7 days.
We are sorry, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or inter-dimensional portals.

4. Returns & Replacements

In case of damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, we will gladly replace them. You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

We request our Fellow Fans to make an unboxing video, which you must share with us in case of damaged/defective/wrong product received. (BONUS TIP : DM us the unboxing video on Insta, we will ensure to keep the coupon codes ready for your next purchase)

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via trusted third-party gateways.
We currently do not provide service of Cash on Delivery (some wizard tried to take down the Magical Bank), so we are currently using next best thing to magic - electronic prepaid payments.
We do not store your card information. (Your OTPs are safe from us. 😅)

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product names, and creative content on our website are the intellectual property of Designum Leviowsa. Please don’t copy or duplicate for financial gain or loss :(
But you are free to charm anyone with your and our magic combined, without permission.

7. Legal Stuff

By using our website, you agree to follow all local laws and regulations.
Any disputes shall be governed under Indian laws and resolved in courts located in Delhi.
