Return & Exchange Policy – Designum Leviowsa

We want you to love every Designum Leviowsa product. If something isn’t quite right, our return & exchange policy makes it easy to fix.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) must be provided.

Items marked as “final sale” or customized (if any) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item along with your order details. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) depending on availability and your preference.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Return Shipping

For non-defective returns/exchanges (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.

For defective/incorrect items:
We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping cost (as applicable).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and verify it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs (if paid by the customer) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
A handling or restocking fee may be applied (if applicable and stated upfront).

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (size, colour, or style), please specify your preferred replacement in your request.

If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit. Additional shipping charges may apply unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Store Credit

If you choose store credit, we’ll issue a voucher/code for the value of the returned item (excluding shipping or restocking fees).
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the standard return process above.

9. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, missing tags, or packaging damage will be rejected.
